Inauguration of 'READ' Library sponsored by IAHV( International Association for Human Values) in association with Bluestacks


New Library Inaugurated at Zilla Parishad High School, Quilashapur on  23rd December 2024

     A new library was inaugurated at Zilla Parishad High School, Quilashapur, on 23rd December 2024, in a grand ceremony attended by students, teachers, and volunteers. The READ Library, sponsored by Bluestacks in collaboration with the International Association for Human Values (IAHV), aims to foster a reading culture among students.

The event was presided over by the school headmaster, Dr. Bharatha Ravinder, along with IAHV in-charge, Mr. Bandi Chaitanya Kishore, and co-volunteers, Mr. Uppula Ravi and Mr. Chintha Balaiah. Students decorated the library with colourful balloons and rangoli, and to mark the occasion, three plants were planted on the school premises by the headmaster, teachers, and IAHV volunteers.

During the meeting that followed, Dr. Bharatha Ravinder expressed his gratitude to IAHV and Bluestacks for donating over 500 books and bookshelves to the school. Ninth-class students Leeza and Pallavi delivered inspiring speeches, highlighting the importance of reading. Library in-charge, Mr. Shaga Narsaiah, thanked the sponsors, emphasising the impact the library would have on students' education.

IAHV in-charge, Mr. Bandi Chaitanya Kishore, addressed the gathering, stating, “Today’s reader is tomorrow’s leader”, and encouraged students to develop a lifelong reading habit. The session concluded with a meditation programme conducted by Mr. Ravi, which was enthusiastically attended by students.

The event ended with a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. M. Srinivas Reddy. This library, made possible by the generosity of Bluestacks and IAHV, represents a significant step towards enhancing educational resources and holistic development at the school.
